The Company announces that it has been unable to publish its audited results for to year ended 31 December 2009 in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies. Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 1 July 2010.

The Company is in the process of finalising its audited accounts, which are expected to be posted to shareholders, published in accordance with AIM Rule 26, and notified later today.
