Otium announces that Arbuthnot Securities Limited has resigned as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.  The Company would like to thank Arbuthnot Securities Limited for their advice and support over the past eighteen months.

The Company had already commenced a search for a new nominated adviser and broker but, pending this appointment, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect.  The Company is confident the discussions with new nominated advisers already underway will be successful.  In the event that a new nominated adviser and broker is not appointed by 7.00 a.m. on 24 September 2010, then the trading in Otium's shares on AIM will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
