The company announces that on 11 May 2009, Adam Dougall, Chief Financial Officer was granted 500,000 Share Options ("Options") under the Company's Share Option scheme. The exercise price is 15p with half vesting after one year and the remainder after year two. Following the above transaction Adam Dougall has an interest in 100,000 shares, representing approximately 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company, and holds options over 500,000 shares. The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 48,442,000 Shares.
