Hertford International Group PLC announces that 15,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued pursuant to the Placing Agreement. The Placing Price per Ordinary Share was 20 pence each which raised an additional £3,000.

Application has been made for these Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and for trading to commence at 8.00 a.m. on the 17 March 2008

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be 42,675,000.
