Board Changes

Hertford (ticker: HIG.L), which provides products and services to the international money transfer market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lewis Findlay as its Chief Executive with immediate effect. At the same time, Richard Fancourt will step down from the board in order to better pursue his main task of driving sales and marketing.

Lewis Findlay, age 46, has been managing the company's Crewcard Network's business since October 2007. Before that he was with Cantor Index Ltd. where he was a founding managing director and previously he was a Head of Financial Spread Betting at City Index Ltd. Other prior senior roles include Head of Eurobond Trading at Tokai Bank Europe, Global Head of ECU Trading at J.P Morgan & Cie S.A. (Paris) and Head of ECU Trading for J.P. Morgan Securities Limited in London.

Hertford joined AIM in December 2007 and is the holding company for Crewcard Network Limited ('CCN'), which markets pre-paid debit cards in the international money transfer market, CCN has positioned itself as a sales and marketing company with a business model to develop several complementary brands, develop its own distribution network, and build an ongoing relationship with its card users, which will enable it to sell additional products and services.

CCN's core product currently consists of a primary and secondary CrewCard, sold as a two card pack. The primary Crewcard is reloadable over the counter at a high street bank, or via transfer from another debit card. Once the primary card is loaded, it can be used to transfer funds to the secondary card. This transfer of funds is instant, and can also be made via the website or SMS message. Both cards can be used in shops, restaurants, online, or for ATM withdrawals wherever MasterCard is accepted.

The Company intends to market its product using both off-line, through retailers supported by appropriate marketing activities, and on-line channels focussing on particular ethnic community sites.
