Hertford International Group PLC announces that it has changed its Accounting Reference Date from 30 September to 31 December with immediate effect as it had indicated it would do in the Admission Document posted to shareholders on 26 November 2008. This to bring its accounting date in line with the accounting date of Cheque Exchange Limited, its proposed acquisition. As a result the Company will release a second set of interims before the end of December.
